The staff is amazing, especially Laura. I am greeted as soon as I walk in the door. There are two locations; Nutley & North Arlington. Both have parking. City Tropics Tanning Salon is affordable & immaculate , too I give them a 10 Thank you Theresa Baker

The best tanning salon ever! I go to the one in North Arlington. The packages offered are very affordable. All of the girls that work there are very sweet and knowledgeable about the beds. If you don't know how to use a bed, they will show you and explain it. They keep the salon thoroughly clean and sanitized and it always smells so wonderful!! I have recommended this salon to many family members and friends and will continue to do so!

I started going to City Tropics not too long ago and have really liked it! The salon is always clean, the beds are strong, and everything feels well taken care of. I actually ended up winning one of their Instagram giveaways not long after I started going, which was such a nice surprise and made me feel even more excited to support them. Most of the staff are super friendly and welcoming, and even on the quieter days when it’s more of a quick in-and-out vibe, everyone’s still professional and polite. Definitely a great local spot if you’re looking for quality tanning and a clean, well-run space.

I love this place so much honestly paying for therapy and tanning at the same time it’s amazing the girls are all so sweet and give you tips and tricks for tanning and there always playing love island and other interesting shows and the environment is so comfy and vibey they have couches and led lights so if u have to wait for your tanning bed you will be so comfy and you can feel comfortable to ask them about anything they can help you and there all rly so sweet and kind i love this place and recommend everyone to go (for your first time tanning they give you a cute shirt and a lotion for free :)

I've been coming here on and off for several years. The staff is always friendly, beds, bathroom and floors are always clean. My only issue in the past was the wrong time for the bed was put into the computer and if I don't pay attention it goes longer than requested and then I risk burning. It happened a lot last year, but so far this year, I haven't had this happen. The owner actually gave me a few extra free days on my package to make up for that problem, since it was def an error from a staff member controlling the timing. It was very generous of him. Overall, it's a great place.
